Made from sheep's milk, it benefits from refining which gives it intense aromas, influenced by aromatic herbs and the wild flora of the island. This cheese goes perfectly with fresh bread, olives and a good wine. A real delicacy to discover for lovers of gastronomy.

-Težački cheese is a unique hard cheese, made from 100% cow's milk from our partners in the Rakovica region. Cows graze there in the fields near the Plitvice Lakes. Raised outdoors, they benefit from a preserved natural environment which directly influences the quality and aroma of the cheese. Whether as an aperitif or as a main course, it will appeal to cheese lovers.

-The cheese from the Dinaric mountains, "Dinarski sir" is a unique artisanal product, made from cow's and goat's milk from Alpine pastures. Its dough is semi-hard, with a natural crust which gives it a rustic character. This cheese is distinguished by its pronounced aromas and slightly tangy taste, the result of the traditional know-how of local producers. Ideal to accompany cured ham, it perfectly embodies the authenticity of the Dinaric mountains.
